Eight Health Habits You Can Use to Build Energy and Get More Done Every Day

I’m writing this on a Friday morning. Last night, I stayed out a little too late. I didn’t get enough sleep. I had one too many drinks. I even ate dessert after dinner. The night before, I did the exact same thing. It’s not a big deal, but I’m feeling tired and a bit hungover.
